I was showing homes in Lehi last Saturday and came across this bank owned property. It was a nice home on the MLS with only one picture from the outside. Built in the 90's, three bedrooms, over 1,500 square feet, for only $129,900. We went to see it and saw the worse house ever from the inside. Pipes were missing, graffiti from angry homeowners all over the place, even the key box was open with the key inside. The lesson we learned is, if is too good to be true, it is not true!
